Before You Arrive

To make your first visit smooth and efficient, please bring the following:

  • A valid photo ID
  • Your dental insurance card or information (if applicable)
  • A list of your current medicines and health conditions
  • Any recent dental X-rays or records (if available)
  • Completed new patient forms (you can either download and fill them out ahead of time or complete them at our clinic)

    • Tip: Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and get comfortable before your appointment begins.

What to Expect During Your First Visit

Our team will guide you through the check-in process, making sure you feel comfortable and confident before we begin.

Exam

Your dentist will perform a full examination of your teeth, gums, and bite. We’ll also include an oral cancer screening and evaluate your jaw and soft tissues to identify any early signs of dental issues.

Digital X-Rays &
Diagnostics

If necessary, we’ll take digital X-rays to get a detailed view of your teeth and bone structure. These images help us detect problems that can’t be seen with the naked eye, like decay between teeth or bone loss.

Personalized Treatment
Plan

Once your exam and diagnostics are complete, your dentist will talk about their findings and outline the best options for your care. We’ll take time to answer your questions, review insurance coverage, and provide a clear breakdown of costs, no surprises or hidden fees.

This appointment typically lasts about 90 minutes, allowing us to complete your evaluation and develop a care plan that’s right for you.
